CRESCENT Geriatric Care Management, Inc. is headed by Holly Pobst, a Gerontologist with 20 years of experience in the field of aging. As a local leader in the industry, CRESCENT Geriatric Care Management, Inc. has been providing assistance to seniors throughout San Diego County since 2009.

Holly Pobst earned her degree in Gerontology from Central Washington University in Washington State and certification as an Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in California. She has obtained quality experience in the retirement living, assisted living, skilled nursing, dementia, hospice and geriatric care management arenas. She has extensive experience in working with elders and their families in finding the best possible solution to changing health challenges.

Holly’s education, experience and compassion for seniors make her an ideal advocate for this population. She is dedicated to providing quality care and a safe environment for San Diego County’s older adults.
